It's Time For A Body Spring Cleaning Again....

When I say a body spring cleaning, I'm referring to a detoxification program for health, wellness and spirituality. I highly recommend the use of Saunas during this season for a spring cleaning process-Now think who wouldn’t want a beautiful body inside and out? Our bodies are exposed to a variety of chemicals, gases, noises and other environmental stresses that can clog us up. One way to rid your body of unwanted toxins is to visit your neighborhood sauna or visit the Temple of Radiant Light or the Chapel of Miracles at Bloomfield, New Jersey Republic. A sauna is a small room made of wood. Think of it like a hot box. There are benches for you to sit on and relax and the rising temperature heats your body. There are also hot rocks in a sauna that produce steam when water is applied unless it is an infrared sauna like the one at TRL or COM. The purpose of a sauna is to detoxify your body. You may not know it but your pores could be clogged right now. We have so many that it is easily overlooked. One telltale sign of a clog is a lackluster appearance to your skin; it is dull. These toxic changes also occur on the inside of your body. Organs don’t function as well as they used to. You may notice digestive upsets and other signs of symptoms in overload like swollen lymph nodes. Time spent in a sauna helps to clean your body out. The temperature is raised to above 100 degrees. This promotes sweating. And boy, do you ever sweat! But in this instance, sweating is good. The high temperature creates a fever state within your body. Now, the pores open up and begin to expel all of those toxins that have been keeping you bound. Sweating not only gets rid of toxins but excess minerals that may be found in your body. You are getting a dry bath. Saunas are heated in a variety of ways but the purpose is the same - to help you detoxify your body. To prepare for the sauna, wear loose clothing. Some people try a sauna after they work out to get rid of excess salts and other impurities. If you dare, go in with a towel and just your skivvies. Bring another towel to sit on and one to lay your head on if you want to stretch out. The benches will also get hot as the temperature rises. There is a time limit in the sauna – no more than thirty minutes. The rising temperature can leave you feeling claustrophobic or trying to catch your breath. Breathe through your nose slow and easy until you get accommodated to the level of heat. After your dry sauna, drink plenty of water to replenish what was lost in the process. Check with your doctor before using a dry sauna. The excessive heat is not compatible with those who have heart problems, high blood pressure and thyroid issues. Even if you don’t have these problems, a doctor may recommend building up to the thirty minute limit. With all of the products on the market that say they can help detoxify your body, one of the simplest things you can do is to seek the sauna experience. Through heat, the body eliminates wastes for a healthier you. You may experience for free the new state of the art infrared sauna at the Chapel of Miracles or the Temple of Radiant of Light call 973-748-0090 for your free cleansing experience today.

Wow this is really exciting. If you go outside right now-if you live on the eastcoast you can actually see the planet Mars next to the Moon. You must go outside now and look up to see for yourself it is amazing. I'm headed back out to enjoy the wonders of YHWH. This doesn't happen often. Most people never look up. Oh don't forget the full moon is around the corner.Enjoy!

NEUROBICS is exercise for the brain-that's what puzzles and crossword puzzles do. Turn the TV off-it's dumbfounding.
Bishop Womack-El, March 25, 2010
Stanya, it just might be time to take some Cleaner Tuner 2/3x's daily with lots of good alkaline water. I'm sure that will help and do the yeast test.

Bishop, I noticed that I wasn't drinking as much water in the last few days. I then noticed that my belly seemed to be bigger than normal (I'm workin' on it - LOL). I haven't reverted back to my old eating habits so I was wondering what was going on. It dawned on me - DUH - I haven't been drinking the proper amount of water in the last 3 days. So, I was eating decent food, taking supplemental digestive enzymes and my body was functioning but there was so much to release that more water was needed to flush it all out. I have to be sure that I keep water in my car, at work, at home so I drink more than enough. I think that is why I was in a state of quiet shock after exercising Tuesday night! LOL I know it's a simple issue but your comments about water and the sauna and belly fat made me think of this. Definitely off the subject but...just wanted to share. LOL

I really enjoy word games and number games. I think I received that desire from my father. You could find him doing crossword puzzles everyday. I didn't know it was called NEUROBICS! SMILE

Let me help to improve your brain function. Answer these questions.
Have you ever forgotten something? Most of us have. It doesn’t usually start to worry us though until we become senior citizens. A certain amount of memory loss is a part of aging. Keep it at bay with a few tips that can improve your memory.

How does memory work? In the brain, when we gather and store information a new synapse or brain connection is created. In that particular pathway, we learned a telephone number or how to ride a bike. Thousands and thousands of these connections are created during your lifetime.

Short-term memory refers to information that we acquire for the moment. Maybe you are attempting to remember a telephone number to dial it for car repairs. Next week, you probably won’t know that number anymore.

Long-term memory refers to information that we learn and want to remember. That includes people’s names, procedures at work, family telephone numbers and the stuff we learn in school (for many of us). Whenever we need it, we can search our mind and call upon those snippets of information.

When our memories begin to lose steam, it is a gradual process. The areas that are responsible for short-term and long-term memory suffer the ravages of time also. Memory loss may be the wrong term to use. You are still processing information but at a slower rate than you were before.

So how can you fight this process? Many of us don’t actively try to learn new things. In essence, our brains get lazy. To keep us from missing a trick, here are a few exercises you can perform to improve your memory.

* Write lists. When you go to the grocery store or run errands, write down what you are going to do. This encourages your brain to think about what you need to do. Also, the information is recalled to the forefront of your mind so there is less chance of forgetting it.

* Exercise on a regular basis. Exercise increases the oxygen intake in the body. You can increase your focus and the way that you process information. Instead of flying off the handle when a bad situation occurs, you will be more likely to think through your responses to trouble.

* Get sleep. During deep sleep, the body shuts off all non-vital functions in order to repair itself. Lack of sleep can lead to forgetfulness, that feeling of being scatterbrained. When the body is allowed the time it needs for renewal, your mind is fresh each morning.

* Neurobics is the new buzz word for activities to increase brain use. These can range from playing word games, number games or doing puzzles. Any activity that builds new pathways in the brain and uses ones you haven’t visited in a long time improves your memory.

Do you think that you could be using more of your brain? Begin to exercise your memory with the above suggestions. Brain Support is something I also recommend to spark the brain back to activity thats right.
