Put This On Your Veggies

This is a great alkalizer for your body and at the same time a great Salad Dressing. Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing.
Taking apple cider vinegar helps to burn fat. Here's a salad dressing that is easy to make and gets you a daily dose of apple cider vinegar.
3 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp virgin olive oil
celtic salt, red pepper to taste
This has zero carbs, and olive oil is of course very healthy for you. Apple cider vinegar is healthy for you, too, and eating fresh greens is healthy for you. So no matter how you look at this, you should have a salad with each meal and you might as well have olive oil and apple cider vinegar on top of it to help it go down.
Note that despite people claiming that apple cider vinegar "has potassium", it only has 11mg per tablespoon. The US RDA for potassium is 3g for women and 6g for men. 3g is 3,000mg. Even if you have 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, you are only getting 33mg total - not even 1/100th of the potassium you need EVERY DAY. So this is NOT having an important effect on your potassium levels.
It is also excellent for digestion and in preventing colds.
Also note that vinegars are sensitive to light. Make sure you keep your vinegar somewhere dark, so that you don't spoil the effect it DOES have on your health.

Thank you Bishop for your wonderful fasting information. I put the raw veggie into the Brown Rice as well. I have not been able to fine the Austrian Pumpkin Seeds here yet. Bless you.

Letha - I just want to tell you that unless I am mistaken, the pumpkin seeds Bishop is talking about are actuallY Austrian - not Austrailian - Pumpkin Seeds. I found them at whole foods. The International Harvest brand is a granola (comes in a brown bag with a green sticker)and there are also packages of plain Austrian Pumpkin Seeds. Hope this helps. Maybe try Trader Joe's if you don't have a Whole Foods in your area. BISHOP - HOPE I'M NOT OUT OF ORDER!!

I am going to add more raw vegetables to my salads. I will do the raw apple cider vinegar dressing too. I'm loving the brown rice.

I looked at my local Whole Foods and did not find raw Australian Pumpkin Seeds. Would you share the name of the brand you showed us on live streaming. If they have a website, that would be helpful as well.

veggies here, veggies there, veggies everywhere they are the best when eaten clean (organic) When I first began to eat organic I thought something was wrong with the fruits and veggies but then I realized I had really never tasted the food for the chemicals on the foods. This is a great Fast it was greatly needed for me. I Appreciate the time and effort you have taken to put the fast in place and to make it as effect as we are willing to work the plan. Multiplied Blessings to you.

More Raw Vegetables! Almost any raw vegetable can be cut up and added to a salad. Green beans, snap peas, carrots, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, asparagus, artichokes, avocados, and cucumbers are all great suggestions. We need five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables per day, so eating a salad is a good way to meet those needs. Brightly colored vegetables have bioflavonoids, and the dark green vegetables are lowest in calories -- about 20 calories per half cup serving. Those that need to watch their sugar avoid the sweet veggies like beets, carrots and sweet potatoes.

Great information to know! And thank you for the suggestion on adding onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic to the brown rice as well as the Braggs Amino Acid. It's the best brown rice I've ever eaten! My mother thought I was cooking dressing when she came to my house. lol
