SPECIAL ALERT! New Food Legislation Would Control What You Eat

Posted by: Bishop Shammah Womack-El in Untagged  on Print PDF

I have been warning my people for over 9 years that this was absolutely coming and now it is here. It Is called the "S. 510, the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2010, which I personally consider the most dangerous bill in the history of the U.S.," why because it gives government the power to control what you eat. This is a new food legislation that says what you can and cannot eat of course in the name of Satan Oh! I meant Safety. The Most High desires that we become self sufficient and reliant but most think food grows in cans and boxes and never in their life grew anything. Wow that is really sorry and sad. How will you live when they tell you what you can eat which most likely will be poison?

http://www.bishopwomack.com I'm sure most of you have heard that high blood pressure has been called the "Silent Killer" because they say there are no symptoms. I truly believe that there are many symptoms yet our society has been programed to ignore them because it's not so overwhelming so we disregard the signs. Simple things are ignore such as not drinking enough good quailty water, dietary and proper weight balance. High blood pressure is a condition that can lead to other problems in the body if not approached properly. There are medications on the market, but you and your doctor may want to try to reduce it naturally before prescription intervention. Here are some suggestions for reducing your high blood pressure naturally.

What is high blood pressure?

The blood is pumped through your body by your heart. Smooth arterial walls allow the blood to move freely through a network of arteries, veins, capillaries and smaller vessels. When certain health risks such as high cholesterol and obesity force the blood to be pumped harder, this can damage artery walls.

The heart has to work harder to pump the same volume of blood through narrower spaces. Openings in blood vessels that contain cholesterol plaques not only inhibit the flow of blood but also threaten to turn those plaques into embolisms that can lodge in the heart, lungs or brain, leading to heart attack or stroke.

Blood pressure is a written as a fraction. It is a measure of the pressure exerted on the arterial walls as the heart contracts over the pressure exerted when the heart is as rest. The average number is 120/70. Anything higher than 140 for the systolic (top number) and 90 for the diastolic (lower number) is considered high blood pressure range.

What can you do to lower it?

There are many factors that contribute to a high blood pressure number. One of those factors is weight. Having a weight that puts you in the overweight and obese categories on the BMI chart can lead to high blood pressure. Fat has poor vascularity and the heart must pump harder to infuse it with blood.

But, there is hope. You can help lower your blood pressure in a number of ways:

* Diet – You are what you eat. Avoiding foods that are high in saturated fats and sodium will help reduce the incidence of high serum cholesterol. High levels of LDL cholesterol are oxidized in the blood forming, hard plaques on the surface of artery walls. These plaques are sticky and can trap platelets as well until clots form that force more pressure on the walls to pass the blood.

Instead, try fresh vegetables and fruits. If you must use canned, opt of the “no salt added” variety. Fresh foods have fewer if any preservatives.

* Drink water – Drinking water is like giving your body an internal shower. It is needed by all of the cells and can dilute the sodium in your diet.

* Eat whole grains – Fiber helps to lower cholesterol levels. These carbohydrates take longer to digest, stabilizing your blood sugar throughout the day.

* Exercise – Daily activity lowers your blood pressure and increases blood flow to the brain. As you lose weight, your risk factors for high blood pressure may begin to disappear.

Are you experiencing high blood pressure issues? Consult your doctor, naturopath or wellness coach.. There may be ways to lower it naturally before any medication is needed. For information Call for a FREE Consultation (973)748-0090 or http://www.bishopwomack.com email:bishop@bishopwomack.com

- "Milk Does A Body Good". FDA allows 750 million pus cells per liter of milk; GLUE (80% of all in protein milk and cheese is casein - the glue used to hold a label to a bottle of beer; & IGF-1 (most powerful growth hormone) has been called the "key factor" in the growth and proliferation of prostate cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer. "Got Milk" may lead to "Got Cancer"!"

I was thinking about your comment Bishop. In my opinion, a mentor is an Admiral. The word dates back to an Arabic word - maybe farther than that -which means - commander of the sea.

You taught us how we came through water...we have a navel, etc. to navigate. The word Admiral is also a Naval term. So, a mentor helps you navigate through life and is as your commander in chief - sent by the Almighty. If you don't see anything admirable about your Admiral you will more than likely fail to follow or esteem the leadership. You will resist, buck or hide from the person and eventually go AWOL.

Thanks for the info Bishop. I had not heard about this new bill, but I am going to look into it. This news really pushes us to take greater control of our own health and the foods that we want to eat because when somebody wants to control what you eat then that means there is another greater plan at work too. I'm sure this is the first step to something even worse for the average citizen. I sure am glad I started my little organic garden and have been looking to expand it already too. Thanks again.

Oh My Lord Bishop! I do remember you speaking on this, during one of the early Wednesday night conference calls. This really is about control and money - disguised as safety and protection. I have not grown anything, so it is time to learn.
This reminds me of how the persecution of the early Christians caused them to scatter - and the gospel was spread. This form of control is causing or will cause some of us to take creating our food supply into our own hands. Wouldn't it be something if a law came out that said you couldn't grow your own food - for safety reasons!

Wow and Wow many people like to be told what to eat and which meds to take. So many will eat what they are told and think nothing of it. I guess enough people are eating organic now for the government to step in to get their share. I will have to find out where I can get safe seeds to start a garden free of rules and a slow death. Thanks for the update. Blessings Bishop
