Thank you, Bishop for introducing us to the coffee enema. It really is an internal baptism and every time I say there is nothing else to come out - I am totally clean, something else comes out and I take another one and something else comes out and I take another one. I remember when I was embarrassed to talk about taking an enema - there is nothing embarrassing about having a healthy, clean body inside and out. I finally have a flat belly because it was not fat, it was waste build-up. The exercising that you encourage us to do, loosens up waste, parasites, cancer, etc. that think they have a permanent home in our bodies and then have a baptismal cleansing with the enema.

The information you shared on the Wednesday night conference call was very enlightening. You shared how all of the debris that is cleansed out of our body is ultimately deposited into the liver. Hence, the liver must be cleansed. I did do the enema and I had a few challenges. I have been avoiding it. Last night I took 1 tablespoon of the Temple Inner Cleanser in an 8 oz glass of water and I did the same this morning. I really wanted to avoid the enema if at all possible. I want to be healthy and maximize the results of this modified fast so I will still do the Temple Inner Cleanser AND I will do the enema again.
