Love is a Fire. That's why you need the balance of Water. They both purify and make clean the soul and the body.
Renewed!

It dawned on me last night that I feel so much lighter now since starting the fasting revival and drinking the prescribed amount of water! I literally feel the difference in the way my body feels and moves. I don't experience brain fogs anymore... no matter how much or how little sleep I get, my mind is alert when I wake up and I don't feel like I'm in this haze. Water does a body good!

Thank you, Ephriam! Like father - like son! We are listening to both of you! Again, we have no excuse for not being healthy in all areas of our lives. Bishop, you have been informing us for years and now your offspring is continuing your work - what an amazing God we serve. Thank you!

Oh My God! Ephraim was so cute - yes, call the prophetic doctor! I know you and Lady Womack-El our proud of your children. What a blessing.
FAT BUSTER, I mean Bishop, (SMILE) I just want to say what a blessing last night's call was to me. I was driving so I couldn't really comment. It is so important to keep our focus on ministering unto the Lord. In my own experience, the first day of my fast I was in prayer, meditation and the Holy Spirit was directing me to scriptures to read and meditate on for several days. This week I could see myself veering off course in terms of my focus. Thank you for the reminder to maintain focus on the true purpose of this fast. This fast requires more than my normal meditation and prayer time. It requires a greater more intense devotion. That new intensity should then become my new norm and continually develop. When I returned home from training with this FAT BUSTER I know (that would be you) I did not turn on the television at all. Instead of unwinding with tv, that is more time I can spend with God. This Fasting Revival has and continues to be an absolute blessing to me in every area. Be blessed.

Bishop, thanks for the "Tip(s) of the Day". I find them informative and inspirational. I appreciate your close, personal guidance to us all throughout this fast, and I hope others do, too. It really makes the difference!

Bishop, thank you for the audio tweets you sent out yesterday reminding us to hydrate the billions of cells in our brains. I suppose many neurological disorders, such as senility, dementia, and the like may have been preceded or even precipitated by one having a "thirsty brain".
Yikes!
Let me go get my H2O!

Thank you Bishop for opening up our mind, eyes, body and spirit to the importance of keeping water in our bodies. The Haitians disaster is evidence of the importance of water. The ones that had been bandaged and somewhat repaired, were still dying because they had no water to drink. We are so blessed - we have water, water every where which is available to us and they finally had water, water every where but they could not get it to them for their use. As you told us, we are so spoiled and with your emphasizing how important water is for us, we still substitute it for some sweet drink that is harmful to us. I repent because I substituted green tea with ginseng and honey instead of water. You will not have to hit me over the head again for me to drink water instead of filling my body with sugar water. Thank you again, for caring for us and sharing with us your God-given knowledge and wisdom and opening up your assistance to the world. We have no excuse!

The more water I drink, the more energy I have. I feel oxygenated. The more water I drink the less hungry I am. I am convinced that water is the liquid of life. The times I felt sick or hungry, I just needed some water. It's amzaing how we can make life so complicated. Just drink water - healthy water.
