I was in quietness and stillness and thinking as I looked at the sacred stone that I had in my pocket.
Lord, hear my heart, keep me from falling apart
What lies beneath the solid rock?
What's up above the clouds that mock?
Will we know as we live
Or will we know as we die
Have we seen it before
Or is it all one big lie
I know as I pray for others my mess is bless
and I'm in God's love-plan.
I must find someone to minister to and give quality quotations that quell quack questions and quicken quiet confidence that gives me back my peace.

Many are not aware of the affects the Full moon has on human behavior but they have seen the affects that it has on water at the beach. Do you realize your body is 70 to 73% water. The full moon marks a monthly peak in various kinds of psychotically oriented crimes such as murder, arson, dangerous driving, and kleptomania. People do seem to get a little bit crazier about that time of the month.
That’s something most police and hospital workers have known for a long time. Indeed, back in eighteenth-century England, a murderer could plead “lunacy” and get a lighter sentence. The Bible talks much about the phases of the moon and how they are signs to avoid danger or to see that you need to stay in prayer. Tonight, stay in his presence it will be peaceful.

This is a serious question I want you all to think about today. What does it take for you to get yourself in order? Will it take more pain, tragedy, trauma, loss or death to get your attention.God gives us Mentors and grace to get ourselves in divine order but even that runs its perfect work and course until it throws us into another classroom setting called "DRAMA".Do you know that the mind loves suffering and drama, because it always refer to the past and the future. It doesn't like to listen to the present truth until it's too late. My friend the only way out is to disidentify from it – becoming a witness and just watching it and hearing your mentor. God gives us mentors to avoid unnecessary drama. Today start cutting the roots of drama-it's a course you can live without.

There are a number of Biblical references to different types of fasting here are just a few that I will list:
• Without food, but water is allowed: Matthew 4:1-2, Luke 4:2
• No food and no water for three days: Esther 4:16, Ezra 10:6, and
Acts 9:9
• Some food items are eliminated for the period of the fast:
Daniel 1:15,10:2-3
Illustrations
• Exodus 24:18, 34:28; Deut 9:9 & 18; 10:10 – Moses twice spends
forty days on Mount Sinai without eating or drinking, and in
mourning over Israel’s sin.
• 2 Chr 20:3 – Jehoshaphat proclaims a fast throughout Judah to
seek YHWH for fear of the armies of Ammon and Moab.
• Ezra 8:21-23 – Ezra calls a fast to seek God’s protection for
those leaving Babylon for Israel.
• Joel 2:12-15 – YAHWEH calls the people to return to Him with
fasting, rending their hearts, not garments; Joel calls for a fast.
• Matt 4:2; Luke 4:2 – Jesus fasts forty days in the wilderness,
being tempted by the devil.
• Matt 17:21; Mark 9:29 – Jesus says that this kind of demon
goes out only by means of prayer and fasting.
• Acts 14:23 – Paul and Barnabas appoint elders in the churches,
having prayed with fasting.
• 2 Cor 6:5; 2 Cor 11:27 – Paul lists “fastings” as among the
hardships he suffered as a mark of his apostleship

Fasting kills the ills of life. It brings resurrection of the sacred self which is God who is love in you. Love is a tariqa, a method, to kill you as a separate individual and to help you become the infinite. Disappear as a dewdrop and become the ocean, but you will have to pass through the door of love.
And certainly when one starts disappearing like a dewdrop, and one has lived long as a dewdrop, it hurts, because one has been thinking, "I am this, and now this is going. I am dying. " You are not dying, but only an illusion is dying. You have become identified with the illusion, true, but the illusion is still an illusion.Fasting show you the illusion. And only when the illusion is gone will you be able to see who you are and now Live. And that revelation brings you to the ultimate peak of joy, bliss, celebration.

Have you ever wanted to feel renewed? Well follow these instructions and you will start a new you.
An enema bag or bucket, preferably one of clear plastic that you can see through
A large stainless steel cooking pot,
Organic coffee fully caffeinated, drip grind coffee,A source of uncontaminated water. Filtered would even work.
The see through enema bag/ bucket is preferable, but an old fashioned type that doubles as a hot water bottle can be used although it is hard to tell how much is used at each pass. Do not use any bag with a strong odor
Here's The Protocol:
Put a little over 1 quart of clean water in a pan and bring it to a boil. Add 2 flat tablespoons of coffee (or the coffee amount that has been suggested for you). Let it continue to boil for five minutes, then turn the stove off, leaving the pan on the hot burner.
Allow it to cool down to a very comfortable, tepid temperature like it is made for a baby. Test with your finger. It should be the same temperature as a baby's bottle. It's safer to have it too cold than too warm; never use it hot or steaming; body temperature is good.
Next, carry your pan or pot and lay an old towel on the floor (or your bed if you are careful and know you won't spill - for safety, a piece of plastic can be placed under the towel). If you don't use an old towel, you will soon have many old towels since coffee stains permanently. Use another bunch of towels, if you want, as a pillow and bring along some appropriately relaxing literature or listen to my meditation CD's or read How to Fast at Last. Pour the coffee from the pan into the enema bucket without getting the coffee grounds in the cup. You may prefer to use an intermediate container with a pour spout when going from the pan to the enema bucket. Do not use a paper filter to strain the grounds. Put your enema bag in the sink with the catheter clamped closed.
Pour the coffee into the enema bag. Loosen the clamp to allow the coffee to run out to the end of the catheter tip and re-clamp the bag when all the air has been removed from the enema tubing.
Use a coat hanger to hang the enema bag at least two feet above the floor; on a door knob or towel rack. The bucket can rest on a chair, shelf or be held. Do not hang it high, as on a shower head, because it will be too forceful and the hose won't reach. It should flow very gently into the rectum and distal sigmoid colon only. It is not a high enema or colonic. Allowing it to go well up into the colon may introduce caffeine into the general circulation as though you had taken it by mouth.
Lie down on the floor on your back or left side and gently insert the catheter. If you need lubrication, food grade vegetable oil such as olive oil, a vitamin E capsule, or my favorite coconut oil would be fine. It is generally a good idea to avoid petroleum products.
Gently insert the tube into the rectum a few inches and then release the clamp and let the first 1/2 of the quart (2 cups maximum) of coffee flow in. Clamp the tubing off as soon as there is the slightest amount of discomfort or fullness. Do not change positions or use an incline board to cause the enema to enter further into the colon; this defeats the purpose of this type of enema.
Do your best to retain the enema for a minimum of 10 to 15 or more minutes. Sometimes there will be an immediate urgency to get rid of it and that is fine. It helps to clean the stool out of the colon so that next time around you can hold more of the enema longer. Never force yourself to retain it if you feel that you can't. When you have clamped the tubing, remove the catheter tip and void when you have to. It is best to hold it for at least 10 minutes each time. After you have emptied the bowel, proceed with the remaining 1/2 quart and likewise hold that for at least 12 minutes, if able, then void.
The goal is to have two enemas, not exceeding 1/2 a quart (2 cups) each, that you are able to hold for 12 to 15 minutes each. Usually 2 or 3 times will use up all of the enema, but that is not your goal. Being able to hold it for 12 to 15 minutes is. When you have finished your session, rinse out the bag and hang it up to dry. Periodically run boiling water, peroxide, or other comparable antimicrobial agent through the empty bag to discourage mold growth when not in use.
If you feel wired or hyper, or have palpitations or irregular heartbeats after a coffee enema, you should reduce the amount of coffee, usually by half for a few days or weeks. Or consider that you really need organic coffee. Be sure the source of your water is good clean chemical-free spring, well, or filtered water.
Sometimes you will hear or feel a squirting out and emptying of the gallbladder. This occurs under the right rib cage, or sometimes more closely to the mid line. If after a week of daily enemas you have never felt or heard the gall bladder release, You should consider making the coffee stronger, going up in 1/2 Tablespoon increments per quart, not exceeding 2 Tablespoon per cup. Alternately, you may need a slightly larger volume, such as 3 cups at a time. Sometimes, 3 enemas (2 cups or less each) rather than two at a session are more beneficial for some.
Always discontinue the enemas if there is any adverse reaction whatsoever, and discuss it with the doctor at your next appointment. If you find the enema helpful, do not use it more than once per day for any extended period without medical supervision. Use it as necessary, perhaps several days in a row, but more commonly a few times a week.Enjoy creating a NEW YOU!

Yes you heard right. Have you ever just been fed up and wish it was over. That's because “Man is a disease.” To be not at-ease is a dis-ease. Man is unhappy; he wants to be something else, somewhere else. “Man as man is incurable. Unless he becomes divine, he can’t be cured. The more distance you create between you and your body, the nearer you are to the divine. And this nearness transforms you.” I feel that I'm losing my flesh daily because it is dying daily but my sacred self is LIFE!
To cure sickness, the first step is to accept it. The toughest thing is when a person doesn’t accept his sickness. Then he won’t benefit from the medicine. Seek first the Kingdom of God because nobody else really cares but your heavenly Father. The real master is a physician, not of your ordinary diseases, but of your existential conflicts. When you live in divinity you drop your disease called-Man. What is man? A disease.

Fasting will reveal the truth of yourself if you really want to see yourself. There is a purpose for everything even pain. question is do you really want to know the answer? Well here it is part two about Love.
Love is painful, because it creates the way for bliss. Love is painful because it transforms; love is mutation. Each transformation is going to be painful because the old has to be left for the new. The old is familiar, secure, safe, the new is absolutely unknown. You will be moving in an uncharted ocean. You cannot use your mind with the new; with the old, the mind is skillful. The mind can function only with the old; with the new, the mind is utterly useless. Hence, fear arises, and leaving the old, comfortable, safe world, the world of convenience, pain arises. It is the same pain that the child feels when he comes out of the womb of the mother. It is the same pain that the bird feels when he comes out of the egg. It is the same pain that the bird will feel when he will try for the first time to be on the wing. The fear of the unknown, and the security of the known, the insecurity of the unknown, the unpredictability of the unknown, makes one very much frightened. And because the transformation is going to be from the self towards a state of no-self, agony is very deep. But you Cannot have ecstasy without going through agony. If the gold wants to be purified, it has to pass through fire.Love is that fire but, a healing fire, even though it's not your desire.Desire means De-of, Sire-father. God Is A Consuming Fire for purification.
