Most people don't know and don't care because they are used to being industrial or corporate slaves. We talk about the Kingdom of God but most have never experienced the Kingdom because they are in another one that subjects them to bondage. Do you want to really break free?

When I say a body spring cleaning, I'm referring to a detoxification program for health, wellness and spirituality. I highly recommend the use of Saunas during this season for a spring cleaning process-Now think who
wouldn’t want a beautiful body inside and out? Our bodies are exposed to a variety of chemicals, gases, noises and other environmental stresses that can clog us up. One way to rid your body of unwanted toxins is to visit your neighborhood sauna or visit the Temple of Radiant Light or the Chapel of Miracles at Bloomfield, New Jersey Republic.
A sauna is a small room made of wood. Think of it like a hot box. There are benches for you to sit on and relax and the rising temperature heats your body. There are also hot rocks in a sauna that produce steam when water is applied unless it is an infrared sauna like the one at TRL or COM.
The purpose of a sauna is to detoxify your body. You may not know it but your pores could be clogged right now. We have so many that it is easily overlooked. One telltale sign of a clog is a lackluster appearance to your skin; it is dull.
These toxic changes also occur on the inside of your body. Organs don’t function as well as they used to. You may notice digestive upsets and other signs of symptoms in overload like swollen lymph nodes.
Time spent in a sauna helps to clean your body out. The temperature is raised to above 100 degrees. This promotes sweating. And boy, do you ever sweat!
But in this instance, sweating is good. The high temperature creates a fever state within your body. Now, the pores open up and begin to expel all of those toxins that have been keeping you bound. Sweating not only gets rid of toxins but excess minerals that may be found in your body. You are getting a dry bath.
Saunas are heated in a variety of ways but the purpose is the same - to help you detoxify your body. To prepare for the sauna, wear loose clothing. Some people try a sauna after they work out to get rid of excess salts and other impurities. If you dare, go in with a towel and just your skivvies.
Bring another towel to sit on and one to lay your head on if you want to stretch out. The benches will also get hot as the temperature rises. There is a time limit in the sauna – no more than thirty minutes.
The rising temperature can leave you feeling claustrophobic or trying to catch your breath. Breathe through your nose slow and easy until you get accommodated to the level of heat. After your dry sauna, drink plenty of water to replenish what was lost in the process.
Check with your doctor before using a dry sauna. The excessive heat is not compatible with those who have heart problems, high blood pressure and thyroid issues. Even if you don’t have these problems, a doctor may recommend building up to the thirty minute limit.
With all of the products on the market that say they can help detoxify your body, one of the simplest things you can do is to seek the sauna experience. Through heat, the body eliminates wastes for a healthier you. You may experience for free the new state of the art infrared sauna at the Chapel of Miracles or the Temple of Radiant of Light call 973-748-0090 for your free cleansing experience today.

You don't have to be a author, writer or a poet but you can write. When depression, stress or some other thing comes and knocks you off your throne you can write it out of your life til you feel right again.
As a person often engaged in the act of writing, I know well the struggle and frustration of attempting to express one’s thoughts through the written word. Yet, as difficult as it can be, writing can also be satisfying, offering an outlet for thoughts and feelings and emotions that can be kept in a journal for private reflection or shared with others. Writing is a remedy for the soul, mind and emotions. It will put you back on center. Writing is so many things: It is storytelling and poetry and history and memories alive on pages. Sometimes, writing is even therapy. Here are just a few things that I have used myself that you may find helpful- such as-What to write about?
Something that you are thinking or worrying about too much
Something that you are dreaming about
Something that you feel is affecting your life in an unhealthy way
Something that you have been avoiding for days, weeks, or years
Please, it does not have to be a perfect or corrected manuscript, that will cause another stress. It just needs to be you and how you feel and see. Write the vision and make it plain. It's healing and refreshing. The angels will read it and assist you.
Remember depression will press you down, while writing will lift you up! Write Today-You'll Heal Faster!

I'm not talking about your car, I'm talking about your EFA the oils that lubricated your body, keep your brain sharp and help you to avoid arthritis (inflammation). EFA is Essential Fatty Acids that you body does not make but it needs it in order to keep and improve your health and extend your days with joy. I highly recommend that you take them all in a perfect blend like Omega 3, 6, 9, and some others that I can discuss later if interested. Make sure it is certified with the lowest or none at all mercury ratio. These are what I consider healthy fats. If you want to learn more let me know and I'll help you to get an oil change right before Spring.

First thing you need to do is have a Plan
Transitioning over to a living and raw food side can take several weeks to make the full transition. Your body will feel noticeably different as you adjust to the new diet plan, so to ease the transition, here are a few helpful tips:
* Begin by monitoring your beverages, drinking only water and fresh fruit juices (not canned or packaged which often contain sugar and preservatives).
* When shopping for produce, seeds and nuts, make the switch to organic wherever possible to avoid pesticide-contaminated food.
* Boost your raw intake by increasing the number of salads in your daily diet.
* Clear your kitchen of canned and packaged food as well as meats and cheeses, not to mention junk food, to avoid temptation. Do not shy away from snacking, however. A handful of nuts mid-morning or mid-afternoon with a piece of whole fruit can keep you going between meals.
